Opulent Finishes End of Year Sale 2025 – Terms and Conditions

Promoter: Opulent Finishes Pty Ltd (Opulent Finishes)

Start: 9:00am AEST, Thursday 18 December 2025
End: 11:59pm AEST, Wednesday 7 January 2026, or when 15 Eligible Bookings are secured (whichever occurs first)
Availability: Strictly limited to 15 Eligible Bookings

1) Definitions

Eligible Booking means a new booking that meets all of the following:

1. The customer accepts Opulent Finishes’ written quote during the Sale Period, and

2. The customer pays the Deposit in full in cleared funds during the Sale Period, and

3. The job is not a Locked In Job, and

4. The quote is for wainscoting (as described in clause 6).

Locked In Job means any job where, before 9:00am AEST on 18 December 2025, the customer has already accepted a quote, paid a deposit, or otherwise entered into a binding agreement with Opulent Finishes.

Deposit means 10% of the quoted contract price is required payable as set out in Opulent Finishes’ quote, invoice and/or contract.

Sale Period means the period from 9:00am AEST on 18 December 2025 until 11:59pm AEST on 7 January 2026, unless sold out earlier.

2025 Catalogue means Opulent Finishes’ current pricing catalogue for 2025 in effect at the time the quote is issued.

2) Discount tiers and allocation

Discounts are allocated strictly in the order deposits are received in cleared funds:

• First 5 Eligible Bookings: 15% off

• Next 5 Eligible Bookings: 10% off

• Final 5 Eligible Bookings: 5% off

Once 15 Eligible Bookings are secured, the Sale is sold out and no further discounts apply.

3) How bookings are secured

A booking is not secured until Opulent Finishes receives the Deposit (10%) in full in cleared funds during the Sale Period. Until then, the booking position is not held.

4) Exclusion for already locked in jobs

Locked In Jobs are not eligible for the Sale. Discounts will not be applied retrospectively to any job accepted or secured before the Sale start time.

5) Jobs above $20,000

Opulent Finishes may accept jobs with a total contract value above $20,000 (ex GST). For any Eligible Booking where the total contract value exceeds $20,000 (ex GST):

• The Sale discount applies only to the first $20,000 (ex GST) of the contract value (Discount Cap), and

• Any amount above $20,000 (ex GST) is charged at the standard quoted rate with no Sale discount.

6) Wainscoting only

This Sale applies to wainscoting works only.

• The Sale discount applies only to items in the accepted quote that relate to wainscoting.

• Any non-wainscoting items, services, or works (if included in a quote or added later) are excluded from the Sale discount unless Opulent Finishes confirms otherwise in writing.

7) Pricing basis: current 2025 catalogue

Quotes issued under this Sale are priced using Opulent Finishes’ current 2025 Catalogue pricing at the time the quote is prepared and issued.

• If the 2025 Catalogue is updated after a quote is issued, the customer’s accepted quote price remains as issued (unless the scope changes via a variation).

• If a customer requests scope changes, additions, or upgrades, Opulent Finishes may re-price the affected items in accordance with the 2025 Catalogue (or other applicable pricing) at the time of variation.

8) What the discount applies to

The discount applies to the accepted written quote issued by Opulent Finishes, subject to clauses 5 to 7.

• The discount does not apply to variations, upgrades, additional works, or items not included in the accepted quote, unless Opulent Finishes confirms otherwise in writing.

• GST is calculated after the discount is applied to the discounted ex GST amount.

9) Variations and changes to scope

If the scope of work changes after booking, Opulent Finishes may issue a variation quote. Variations are charged at Opulent Finishes’ standard rates and are not discounted unless confirmed in writing.

10) Non-transferable and not combinable

Discounts are not transferable, not redeemable for cash, and cannot be swapped between customers, properties, or jobs. This offer cannot be used with any other promotion or discount unless Opulent Finishes confirms otherwise in writing.

11) One discount per job

Limit of one Sale discount per job/quote.

12) Cancellations and refunds

The Deposit is non-refundable if the customer cancels, changes their mind, delays, or is otherwise unable to proceed for any reason.

1. If the customer cancels after securing an Eligible Booking, the Sale discount is forfeited and cannot be transferred to another job, customer, or property.

2. Any refund (in full or part) will only be provided where required by law (including under the Australian Consumer Law) or where Opulent Finishes agrees in writing at its discretion.

13) Verification and disputes

Opulent Finishes may verify eligibility and deposit timing. In the event of a dispute, Opulent Finishes’ records of deposit receipt time will be used, acting reasonably.

14) Right to amend or withdraw

Opulent Finishes may amend, suspend, or withdraw the Sale where reasonably necessary (including error, fraud, or events outside its control). Discounts already secured by Eligible Bookings will be honoured.

15) Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes, restricts, or modifies any rights or remedies available under the Australian Consumer Law.

16) Governing law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.

12. Force Majeure

Opulent Finishes is not responsible for delays or interruptions caused by events outside our control, including, but not limited to, supplier delays, inclement weather, natural disasters, or other unforeseen circumstances. Reasonable efforts will be made to prevent disruptions to the scheduled project timeline.

13. Limitation of Liability

Opulent Finishes is committed to delivering a high-quality service. However, the company is not liable for any indirect or consequential losses arising from project delays or other circumstances outlined in these terms.
