Home Building Compensation Fund insurance is designed to protect homeowners in specific circumstances such as a builder’s insolvency, death, disappearance, or licence suspension, and it can also apply to incomplete or defective work. Public Liability insurance covers incidents such as accidental damage or injury relating to the works.
